MARKETING RESEARCH ON ALTERNATIVE CHEESE

Abstract
The article examines the psychographic profile of potential buyers of cheese on alternative/vegetable milk, the prospect of developing supply and demand for this product. Literature data on hypolactasia, cheeses and the development of the cheese market have been studied. A survey was conducted in which revealed the willingness of consumers to purchase new products.References
