INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY
Abstract
This article examines the problems and prospects of the integrated development of the territory in Russia.
Today the real estate market offers a very wide selection of new buildings, in which each buyer can choose the most suitable option for himself, based on various characteristics, for example, financial capabilities.
One of the brightest trends of our time is the integrated development of the territory. The concept is relatively new for Russia, therefore it arouses considerable interest on the part of home buyers. Integrated development of the territory is effective in the development of cities and villages, where there are enough plots for large-scale housing projects. Since in modern conditions the problem of a shortage of land plots is acute, then this development model can be considered effective and economically profitable [4].
Land plots for integrated development of territories are in great demand today. Previously, in megacities, it was possible to build several houses practically in the center and connect them to the existing city communications, but now it will be more problematic to do this. Therefore, developers are considering territories on the outskirts and developing new concepts for new buildings. As a result, the buyer gets an unusual project with a developed infrastructure and many advantages.
